Edie & Roy
The Venue: Reid Park Zoo
Guests at Edie & Roy’s wedding were treated like animals and it was a zoo as they entered into the rhino exhibit for cocktails. After the cocktail hour white padded chairs welcomed guests as the couple exchanged vows. With the ceremony over, guests enjoyed feeding the giraffe & an array of appetizers & cocktails. Singing birds, roars & monkeys filled the air as guest enjoyed an evening of dancing & partying with the happy couple.
Programs were made to mimic a play bill
Instead of a cake the couple opted for small pies for guests. Animal crackers were also available to munch on.
Centerpieces were long brown branches with small
twinkle lights. The bride & groom added vellum flower cutouts to compliment the lighting.

Venue: Rancho Vistoso Highlands
The beautiful mountain backdrop was breath taking as the couple said their vows.
The mother of the bride hand painted wine glasses as favors for each guest with a personal note of “thanks” attached.
The grooms cake represented his Alma Mater
The inside outside venue provided beauty & room for lots of dancing throughout the evening.
Susan & Stephen
Venue: The Tucson Museum of Art
I loved working with Susan & Stephen. After 15-fun filled years together — they decided to get married. They wanted an “Un-wedding Wedding” — so that’s what we did. I love planning out of the box, unique signature weddings.
Their “un-wedding” wedding began on the upper plaza of the museum. Frostings Events provided a beautiful lounge setting complete with Freida tables. Susan & Stephen enjoyed welcoming their guests who were in awe of the atmosphere around them. Silver Chivari chairs created a circle of love with blushing pink roses & greenery for the ceremony performed by a retired judge & friend of the couple. Guests were asked to be seated after the first hour & the ceremony commenced. I had secretly made a bouquet & boutineere at the request of the groom to surprise his beautiful bride. Once the couple were introduced as Mr. & Mrs., guests enjoyed a second cocktail hour. Carte Blanche Catering served an antipasto board to die for as well as passed HD’s and the photo booth was open for the second cocktail hour. Guests were seated for dinner at round & square tables with silver chivari chairs, cardinal red napkins, white linen & swirly black runners. Blushing pink roses in round & square vases complimented the table names which were the couples favorite love stories. After indulging in a buffet of beef tenderloin, freshly grilled veggies and a sweet table for dessert, the couple and their guests danced the evening away to the sound of “Heartbeat”. Not too shabby for a “un-wedding wedding”

An Arizona Wedding Table
Sensational Settings – benefiting the Saint Lukes Home
Beautiful table setting using all the elements of Arizona. Each place setting was a different china pattern donated by 4-of my dearest friends. The flowers were beautiful fuschia silk drooping flowers with dots of clear cups holding tea lights. Beautiful mini cakes decorated the table for a elegant display. At one end was the bride’s veil complete with shoes, handbag & a lipstick kiss. The groom’s jacket was drapped over his chair so as to see his boutineere. Chocolate dipped spoons resting on coffee cups & Arizona Pistachios sat in satin bags next to the evenings menu.

“Debbie & Ron’s Happy Harley Wedding”
Debbie & Ron were so much fun to work with. They wanted to have a fun, unique backyard wedding. It was fall, the colors were orange, the desert was in bloom & since they are “Harley” riders, the black, orange & red’s of fall fit in just perfect with their riding gear.
